The upside of being poor - Bittman's bread


You do things like this. Because flour and salt and water are pretty available.

Seriously though, if you haven't tried this recipe/technique, you should. It's so easy, and yields bread so good, you feel like a champion.

Above is my first attempt with whole wheat flour. This will be the one and only food post. I swear.
